On 20 March 2026, DIVD.Works announced that Loek Ota is stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Loek first joined DIVD Academy as a student intern through the Young Talent Program. Since then, he has helped build the organisation from the ground up, most recently driving our mission forward as Head of People & Culture.

This next step reflects what we believe is possible when young talent gets the right coaching, passion, and environment to grow. We are proud of Loek and look forward to the next phase of DIVD.Works under his operational leadership.
